Work With Me
The Meal Medley is a Mediterranean food blog for people who want dinner to be genuinely good for them without it feeling like a project. Recipes are written, tested, and photographed by Sofia Meraki, a home cook and nutrition graduate.
Start a conversationHow We Can Work Together
Sponsored recipe development
An original recipe built around your product, photographed, published, and shared with the newsletter list. Usage rights and duration are agreed per project.
Recipe & photo licensing
Existing recipes and photography licensed for your site, packaging, or campaign, with terms set out per use.
Nutrition-informed content review
A read of recipe copy, nutrition claims, or menu language from a nutrition graduate’s perspective, flagging anything overstated. This is editorial review, not a substitute for advice from a licensed dietitian, and it’s scoped and disclosed as such.
Content creation
Original photography, and occasionally short-form video, produced for your own channels. Deliverables are agreed before work starts.
How I Choose Partners
I turn down most enquiries that don’t fit, and it’s worth saying why up front — it saves us both time.
- I have to actually use it. If it isn’t already in my kitchen, or wouldn’t be, the answer is no.
- No claims I can’t stand behind. I won’t write copy that overstates a health benefit, whatever the fee — see How I Develop & Test Recipes for how that plays out in practice.
- Everything is disclosed. Clearly, at the top of the post, per FTC guidelines — see the Disclaimer.
- Editorial control stays here. You approve the brand facts; I write the recipe and the opinion.
- No open-ended exclusivity. If a brand wants exclusivity, it’s a specific, limited window agreed upfront — not indefinite.
Start a Conversation
Email your brand, the product, rough timing, and a budget range, and I’ll reply from there. Including those four things upfront gets you a faster, more useful answer than a general “let’s collaborate” note.
